Homecoming is a solo exhibition of work created by Haitian-American artist Duken Delpe.

While themes of technology, religion and consumption as a cultural phenomenon are the main subjects critiqued in this exhibition, it also surveys wider net (social/digital death, institutionalization, mass incarceration) through which these topics are inextricably linked. Delpe refers to himself as a ‘pinsculpturist,’ a word he created to describe his practice of exploring new genres and methods of creating; his sculptures are built in multiple units, performing together or on their own, each time changing in context and meaning.
